We will gladly exchange or provide you with store credit via a gift card for items returned within 15 days of shipment receipt.  Gift cards are good to use at any time and do not expire.  Gift cards are not returnable. We are unable to process refunds.  

All Sale Items & masks are Final Sale.

If you received free shipping on your original purchase, the exchange amount or e-gift card amount will be less the shipping charges we paid.  The merchandise must have original tags on, liners and be in new, saleable condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns are processed online by logging into your account and identifying the order and item you would like to return. You will be asked to specify exchange or credit at this time. For exchanges, please list brand, description, color and size in the comments field. Shipping will be charged for exchanged items.

Please include a copy of the packing slip form when sending back your return. 

Pack and seal your merchandise securely (in original package if possible). Please note that all shipping charges are the customers responsibility and will not be paid for or refunded.

You may use any carrier you prefer to return merchandise.  The buyer is responsible for risk of loss of merchandise. Depending on where you live and availability, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
